Goldilocks Real Estate is proud to welcome Kerry Walsh to the fast-growing team of sales agents.

While each agent is unique, Kerry brings life skills to the table that cannot be taught from a textbook.

Growing up as the third child of six, Kerry learned from a very early age how to multi-task, negotiate, organize, cajole, and laugh.

Prior to joining GLRE, Kerry has been a Substance Abuse Prevention/Intervention Specialist for the NYC Board of Education, counseling supervisor in an alternative Junior high school, a health teacher, an advocate for Megan’s law, children who have food allergies and breast cancer awareness.

She has written curriculum and lectured on these programs that are near and dear to her heart. Most recently, Kerry is an administrative assistant to a talent agent and the Executive Director of a food allergy education nonprofit organization. She is detail oriented and driven to help others.

It is with that same level of compassion and drive that she wants to assist buyers and sellers find the “just right” solution to their real estate needs.

Kerry lives in East Meadow with her husband Jay’ also in the real estate business, but on the mortgage side. He is an excellent resource for buyers. As a top producer he gets pre-approvals out quickly and has decades of experience.
