I feel extremely fortunate to have built a thriving business for 35+ years in the construction equipment sales, service, rental and repair industry.

Due to the changing world we find ourselves thrown into in 2020, it forces all of us, I believe, to become slightly introspective. When I step back to analyze my own strengths and weaknesses as a small business owner, I also must consider what makes me feel satisfied. This is the year, when my children start to stretch their wings, and as a parent, gives me the ability to focus on my own personal growth as well. As an entrepreneur, I realize that it has been my client service which has brought me the greatest satisfaction. So, in “perfect 20/20 vision” I have decided that rather than dealing with the nuts and bolts (literally and figuratively) of running a business, I am going to re-focus my energies towards assisting and guiding others with their buying, selling and or renting of properties.
